Below is some very important information for all fall coaches (U6-U14). Please read through everything carefully. If you have any questions, please let us know.

AYSA VIRTUAL COACHES MEETING

All information will be covered at both meetings. Choose between the two times below to attend. Choose the time that works best for your schedule. All brand new coaches should attend a meeting. If you are a returning coach, you do not have to attend the coaches meeting. If you would like a refresher, you are more than welcome to attend. We will answer questions at the end of each meeting. You can also email us your question(s) at info@arrowheadsoccer.com.

FREE COACH CLINIC SIGN UP

Sign up for one of our free coaches clinics. Information available under our Clinics and Trainings tab. Please sign up in advance!

We will go through some practice drills and games appropriate for each age level. We will also spend a little time on game/team management and answer any questions for any/all age levels. New and returning coaches are welcome! Everyone has had a year off, so it is a great idea to attend to pick up some new games/drills for your fall team.

COACH REQUIREMENTS

Click Here for information on how to complete all your coaching requirements beginning July 2, 2021. These requirements will need to be completed before stepping on the field with your team. These must be completed by all head coaches, assistant coaches, and any team volunteers spending a significant portion of time with an AYSA team(s).

These requirements include:

– Background Check through Minnesota Youth Soccer Association (completed every calendar year).

– Concussion Training completed through the CDC Head’s Up Training or other recognized sports organization that can provide a certificate with the coach’s name and the date of completion (completed every 3 years – 2021, 2020, 2019 are valid).

– Child Abuse Prevention Training through Trusted Coaches (completed every year).
