PRESEASON COACH/MANAGER REQUIREMENTS

You will not have access to any steps below until you have all three of your requirements completed and certificates uploaded.

PRESEASON TEAM INFORMATION FOR COACHES AND/OR TEAM MANAGERS:

BEFORE YOU CAN GET YOUR TEAM’S PASSES:

All coaches/players need the following before we can print passes:

  • Upload Photos (page 7-8 of Team Manager Handbook)
  • Complete coach/manager requirements (listed above)

Once all photos and requirements are complete, we can send passes to the team coach, manager, and your coordinator so you all have copies. Also required for most tournaments:

  • Upload Player Jersey Numbers (page 11)
  • Birth Certificates (optional – most tournaments do not require upload of certificates)

 

HOW TO CREATE TRAVEL ROSTER/PHOTO ROSTER FOR A TOURNAMENT:

  • Most tournaments require a travel roster and/or photo roster. Follow directions on Page 24 of the Team Manager Handbook to create both. You can create a photo roster for any tournament this way even if they do not require a travel roster. We recommend creating these photo rosters early before the registration deadline for the tournament.
  • You are able to add guest players on the Roster page of the Travel Roster process BUT you will need the player’s first and last name and their ID Number (on each player’s pass). You will also need to collect the pass from the coach of the team you are borrowing from.
